ESPA

ESPA is a condominium development completed in 2021, featuring a site area of 110,000 SF. The project focuses on creating a holistic natural experience with private tropical gardens and controlled views. The development includes amenities such as a Turkish Hamman, Crystal Steam Room, Zen Studio, relaxation lounge, and café. The design emphasizes immersion in nature, with small individual buildings containing treatment rooms facing either a central eco-pond or the forest, reinforcing the role of nature in mindfulness and healing.
