GLENTREES

Glentrees is a development with 176 apartment units set in an exclusive residential neighbourhood close to the city. The project brings the concept of indoor-outdoor integration to a new level. The central idea was to create an ‘idyllic escape’, a resort-like development which offers its residents an unique experience of modern tropical living. The low-rise housing units line the edges of the site, thus freeing a main central zone for lush greenery and generous landscaping. The architecture is seamlessly integrated in the landscape, creating a good balance of indoor and outdoor spaces. Each residential block has a stepped profile, enabling each unit to have its own private terrace or open garden, extending the idea of living in the outdoors.
