Martin No. 38 is a residential and commercial development designed by Kerry Hill Architects Pte Ltd, located in a former warehouse area close to the Singapore River. The development features a unique warehouse-inspired design with off-formed concrete walls and operable aluminium sun louvers for energy efficiency. It consists of three 9-storey towers and one 15-storey block, offering loft-type spaces for young professionals. Key facilities include a gymnasium, sky terrace with a 33m-long swimming pool, sundeck, and a ground-floor restaurant. The design emphasizes natural cross-ventilation and daylight penetration to reduce energy consumption.
