THE RESERVE RESIDENCES

The Reserve Residences is a nature-inspired, nature-positive development located at 5-23 Jalan Anak Bukit, Singapore 589603. Designed by WOHA, this mixed-use development integrates residences, serviced residences, retail, and community spaces with a bus interchange and direct underground connection to the Beauty World MRT station. The design features vertical stacking of various uses, creating multiple ground levels with public and resident amenities, gardens, and facilities. The development emphasizes lush sky greenery and expansive landscaping that connects to the surrounding nature reserves. Passive and active environmental strategies are employed to create a comfortable living environment while reducing energy consumption. The residences are designed as tranquil havens clustered to form 'Sky Villages' amidst high-rise greenery, fostering close-knit micro-communities within the development.
